Complex trauma requires a strong commitment to healing and a skilled practitioner to lead the way. The goal is to move from a person who survived his/her/their childhood to a person who is thriving in life.
I offer many tools that can help people overcome trauma, including advanced Energy Psychology techniques, parts work, and Experiential therapy in individual and group settings. I have Experiential Weekend intensives as well as single-day intensives. I find that recovering clients have to learn how to have satisfying relationships.

Requires a screening appointment We work on overcoming childhood trauma and how it impacts our current life. You must be in individual therapy to participate in a group. The group works on deep emotional issues and you will need the support of an individual therapist to help you process what you will be doing in group.
