Welcome! Have you ever reached the point of thinking, “Okay, I’m self-aware… now what?” My work supports individuals at all different stages of self-understanding. Some are beginning to explore their inner world and want to develop greater self-awareness, while others already have deep insight but feel stuck at the “what now?” stage. Many of my clients understand their patterns, emotions, and history, yet struggle to translate that awareness into meaningful change. I offer a supportive space to explore emotions and past experiences while also helping you move from understanding to intentional action.
I help clients understand themselves more clearly and learn how to use that understanding in real life. Some are just beginning to build self-awareness, while others know themselves well but don’t know what to do next. Therapy with me focuses on making sense of emotions and patterns, then turning that understanding into small, realistic steps toward change.
Whether you’re a modern-day Socrates or just Googled "self-awareness", I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore. Therapy with me is collaborative and practical, designed to meet you exactly where you're at, and turn insight into realistic, meaningful change over time. (:
