We drop the narrative of "fixing yourself", and instead help you cultivate empowerment and self-trust. You are not "too much", or "not enough", you just need to reconnect to your inner power. A core area of speciality in my practice is helping those who find themselves stuck in cycles of dysfunctional romantic relationships, who may have low self-worth, and a history of childhood trauma.
Effective therapy can only happen within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a tool itself, and I strive to be genuine, warm, and challenging when applicable. I work primarily from a psychodynamic and person-centered lens. Sessions are exploratory, with you as your own healer, and me as a helpful guide.
