My calling is to help fellow humans navigate the depths of life while shifting habits and beliefs that keep them in pain. Clients reconnect with themselves and find what feels good from both a left-brained logical sense and a right-brained embodied sensation. I specialize in body and emotional awareness and reconnection, inviting relationships with all parts of Self, giving air to what's beneath our masks, moving what needs to be moved, and relaxing into wholeness. I bring creativity, laughter, energy, and sturdy flow to our sessions. I invite you to examine the meaning and myth of your life and crystallize a conscious path.
I use somatic and experiential tools alongside a curious, relational approach. We walk the trail of your journey together, gathering info and trying new things. Specialties: Certified Forest Therapy Guide, SomEx training, Psychedelic Preparation and Integration, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. All this can open doors to deeper lasting shifts.
