I am Georges Dubois, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about working with adults, families, and couples to address a wide range of issues. I specialize in depression, drug and alcohol use, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs. I completed my Master of Science in Psychological Counseling at Monmouth University.
I have worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, young adults, adults, clients in recovery, and couples. I utilize a range of treatment approaches tailored to each client, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, to best support their unique needs and goals.
