DBT for Intense Emotions

Do you have strong emotions or impulsive behaviors that you have trouble managing? This group will incorporate dialectical behavior therapy skills to cope with and manage your intense emotions. This group will meet on Tuesday evenings. Note: A group for clients identifying as LGBTQ will be held on Thursday nights.

Social Anxiety for Adults or Teens

Are you often bothered by: Meeting new people? Having to speak in front of others? Nervousness when talking to people? Heart racing, blushing, or upset stomach in social situations? Thinking you just made a fool of yourself in that conversation? The Social Anxiety Treatment Group is an opportunity to develop skills to better cope with your anxiety. We have one group for adults which meets on Wednesday evenings. Teen group meets on Tuesday evenings from 5-6:30pm.

Do you find yourself: Eating large amounts of food in one sitting, especially when you are upset? Feeling little control over how much you eat? Not feeling able to stop after you start to eat? Experiencing guilt and shame surrounding eating? This group is for you! We will incorporate dialectical behavior therapy skills to gain control of your eating and manage intense emotions. This group will meet on Wednesday evenings.
