I view as some of my most important work that which instills hope and eases emotional pain -- in particular with our youth. Anger, Addiction and the struggles of Adolescence can be addressed, and a path to a better life can be found. I work with individuals from adolescence through late adulthood, couples, and families. My areas of specialization include: Anger, Addiction, Adolescence, Family Issues, Grief and Loss, and Relationships.
I have had extensive training and experience in addiction and recovery. My previous positions in the field include: Intake Counselor, Individual and Group Counselor, Substance Abuse Educator, and Program Coordinator.
My past work included specialized training and experience facilitating Batterers Intervention Groups for several Santa Clara County Domestic Violence Programs. I also provided Individual and Group Grief Therapy at the Centre for Living with Dying in Santa Clara.
