As an eclectic therapist, I draw from a toolbox that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and most recently, Pain Reprocessing Therapy certification.
I am an LPC-MHSP Approved Supervisor accepting new supervisees pursuing licensure in Tennessee. I offer supportive supervision focused on developing clinical competence, ethical decision making, case conceptualization, documentation, and professional growth. Supervision is available in-person and virtually with flexible scheduling.
