In my 25 year career as a police officer, I have been where many of you are. I have now dedicated my life to helping individuals find the strength and resiliency to move towards healing. I can help you find your path forward as well.
As a retired police officer, I have a passion to help first responders. I have experience working with those recovering from trauma, substance abuse-related addictions, pornography, conflict resolution, crisis counseling, domestic violence, relationship conflict, and grief using an integrative approach including EMDR and hypnosis when appropriate.
I started Driftwood Psychotherapy with First Responder's in mind. I promise you are safe here. I am the author of the book: I Am That Centurion: My Journey from Cop to Counselor. I work exclusively with First Responders only. I am Maryland Board certified supervisor and offer supervision.
