I work with clients who have experienced trauma, the effects of which are informing difficulties in relationships; relationships with others and with themselves. Trauma often informs what we experience as depression, anxiety, and several other mental health struggles. By addressing how trauma effects our nervous system and how we see the world, we can work to address symptoms of mental health conditions and interpersonal difficulties. I work to provide a safe, compassionate environment in which to explore challenging emotions and how to best be in relation to ourselves.
I have specialized training in various trauma modalities and experience in several different care settings, working with teens, seniors, and families in challenging circumstances. I've helped several clients with severe mental health conditions find peace and resolution, within both themselves and their relationships.
