I believe therapy should account for the whole of a person, rather than just a list of symptoms. I take an integrative approach, combining evidence-based methods with holistic, personalized care for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. As Clinic Director of Michigan Wellbeing, I offer assessments, diagnostic consultations, and comprehensive treatment planning. I work with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, and a neurodiversity-affirming lens.
My work centers on what sits underneath the presenting concern, whether that's nervous system patterns, attachment history, family dynamics, or the way a neurodivergent brain actually works. Sessions blend cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approaches with ACT, DBT, somatic and body-based techniques, family systems work, and more.
