I believe that every problem has a solution and that solution lies within the person that is experiencing the problem. Life is to be enjoyed and if you are not enjoying your life it could be because of distractions. It is those distractions that sometimes causes us to feel overwhelmed, unhappy, frustrated and sometimes empty. My goal as a therapist is to help you explore those distractions and become the best version of yourself. It is my duty as a therapist to develop a rapport with each individual and create an empathic, open, understanding judgment, and bias-free environment for immediate and lasting change
