If you are anything like me when I was in my lowest place, I sought therapy. Nobody helped me identify the root, they only focused on the surface issues. It seemed to add more suffering on top of an already distraught situation. Suffering sucks! Life was made for living. I was tired of losing out because of what others had done to me or because I couldn’t get the solutions to my issues! If you are committed to your healing and recovery, I will take you through every step of the process to go from victim to victor! It is so exciting to be able to assist those who are tired of suffering and losing years and decades of their lives.
I rely a brief therapy technique that encourages people to laser focus on the root of the problem. Once the root is identified and how the seeds were planted, it is then removed entirely. Results with this method come at a much quicker pace than traditional therapy. The extent of this process is less than 90 days.
I am from a family of dysfunction, addiction, and trauma. My life has been spent discovering the unhealthy patterns that destroy our potential and relationships. My awareness and treatment go beyond trauma informed, to being trauma healed. My gift is finding the core issue, diagnosing the problems, treating the brokenness, and implementing a plan.
