As a military combat veteran, I understand mental battle zones. I have a passion for military Veterans. I have helped countless active duty and Veteran’s navigate the complexities of life during and after military service. Additionally, I have worked with those dealing with disabilities, depression, the homeless and those in Twelve-Step Recovery.
My approach utilizes the Solution Focus process - of not concentrating on the problem, but on looking at the hidden answers. I also use the Cognitive Behavior approach to begin looking at our challenges in a new light. I believe that together we can find hope through seeing life’s possibilities and changing negative thoughts.
