For over 20 years I have been using a new type of psychotherapy called lifespan Integration. High levels of efficacy are achieved. It can pull people out of depression & anxiety in only several sessions. It not only works quickly but very deeply. The ultimate goal of the therapy is the integration of the damaged 'selves' to allow the emergence of a more coherent experience. By working with these 'states' of self, isolated in memory, we are able to find, access and heal each representative self that was hurt. We can even work with memories of infancy where the earliest programming occurs ie. wounds from a narcissistic parent.
I've been in business for over 40 years. I've done my own work and explored many modalities. This, I think, is the best. Clients rarely need more than 10 sessions.
