I believe the process of therapy has the potential to help people radically transform their lives. Whether you are looking for support around a specific issue or challenge in your life, dealing with depression or anxiety, struggling with substance use and addiction, or looking to improve your relationships, I seek to create a space that balances support and accountability while facilitating healing and growth. Throughout my career, I have worked with people from many different communities, and I am proud to provide care that is inclusive and affirming. I also provide clinical supervision services for clinicians.
My practice is eclectic and I've developed a diverse toolbox of approaches through a strong commitment to training and life-long learning. I also believe that the foundation of any change is the working relationship we develop together, built on warmth, support, empathy, and curiosity.
Asking for help can be difficult. I say this as an experienced therapist and as a former client who experienced first hand how difficult it was to reach out. And how helpful it can be when you do.
