I like to use a gentle, caring, non-judgmental approach. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Master ART Certified (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). I also use other trauma-informed, creative and energy modalities to achieve treatment goals.
I use trauma-informed and systems approaches, and am sensitive to perspectives from families-of-origin while helping Individuals understand how our internal messaging has been shaped by past experiences. Processing of outdated/stuck information results in an organic healing of compassion. I am also a Qualified Supervisor.
I have worked in psychiatric facilities, outpatient programs, equine therapeutic environments and in private practice – with individuals, couples, families and groups who would like to stabilize situations, discover inner resources, connect with others, and move beyond pain.
