I am Maureen LeBlanc, LMHC-D, owner of Gentle Strength Mental Health Counseling PLLC. I am trained in trauma-focused approaches including EMDR, somatic interventions, CBT and parts work/IFS-informed therapy. Together, we'll work toward greater self awareness, healthier relationships and lasting change.
I have a deep passion for helping those who are recovering from domestic abuse, control and manipulation. My approach consists of helping clients set boundaries, become independent, build self trust and self worth as well as become aware of unhealthy relationship patterns in order to move forward in their life.
