Hi, I’m Genny! If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just unsure of how to move forward and that’s okay. Maybe you or your child are navigating life with neurodiversity - searching for support that truly understands how brains and experiences can work differently. Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma or painful experiences that still echo in your day-to-day life. Or maybe anxiety, depression, or other challenges keep getting in the way of the life you want to live. Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I specialize in working with both children and adults with neurodiversity, helping them (and their families) feel more confident, supported, and equipped with tools that actually fit their lives. I also bring extensive experience supporting people who are healing from trauma, as well as those working through anxiety, grief, and other mental health concerns.
My style is warm, engaging, and proactive. I’ll meet you with respect and compassion, while also offering tools, resources, and even homework between sessions to help you practice new skills. I know that life is busy - so I offer evening and weekend sessions (with late virtual options) to make therapy more accessible.
