I offer individual counseling & IOP level of care for individuals struggling with past trauma, interpersonal relationships, emotion dysregulation, distress tolerance, and related mental health issues. I utilize elements of DBT, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness in counseling to assist clients with a variety of mental health issues.
