My goal as a therapist is to create space for folks to process, connect, and work through anything from everyday stress to major life events and trauma. I am a therapist for queer and trans people, for therapists, over achievers, intellectualizers, and folks who want to practice moving from thinking through to feeling through their experiences.
My clinical approach is informed by gender theory, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices, and my experience as a white queer and trans person. It is grounded in a client centered, trauma informed practice. I provide EMDR therapy and relational, psychodynamic therapy combined with elements of behavioral interventions, IFS, and somatic work.
