My approach to counseling involves the use of a wide variety of therapeutic techniques. I practice a wellness-oriented systems model (the whole life) of counseling/therapy with emphasis upon effective learning in life experiences and human growth and development.
Sometimes help is needed to manage tough issues in life. There is non judgmental help for areas such as anger management and self esteem. Learning skills to navigate and cope with life is our client centered focus. You may need accountability, a voice of reason, a sounding board, or just someone to listen. Codependency is... an attempt to control uncontrollable situations, a pattern of negative behaviors developed because of a relationship, and a lack of trust. Do you sacrifice yourself and then feel resentful? Do you feel like if you do not do it, it will not get done, or done right. You may be experiencing Codependency which includes a lack of healthy boundaries.
