My hope is that our work together will be highly collaborative and that you will gain more insight as a result of our work together. I am a trauma-informed therapist who utilizes art-based modalities and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy). I thoroughly enjoy working with couples and individuals who experience depression, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorders, ADHD, and PTSD.
My theoretical approach is blended with traditional and holistic viewpoints and I believe strongly in the mind-body connection. Your therapy will take place in a compassionate, private, and relaxed atmosphere at Village on the Creeks. I offer walk-and-talk therapy on the lake and offer neurofeedback to help you further your healing.
Living in NWA can also be stressful due to the unique complexities of the corporate culture that exists in this area. Together we can help you find solutions to the issues you are experiencing. In addition to counseling, I enjoy hiking the beautiful NWA trails, visiting the local eateries, traveling, reading, writing, and dog-cuddling.
