I tailor evidence-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs. I specialize in helping with anxiety, complex trauma, OCD, grief, and life transitions. I also works with clients who are questioning their faith or with religious trauma and addiction. My background as a meditation teacher, interfaith chaplain, and hospice counselor, as well as my personal experiences as a foster parent and with traumatic grief.
If you are working to heal from loss, shift long-standing patterns, or manage overwhelming anxiety, I offer a warm, grounded, and structured therapeutic space where meaningful change can unfold. I see clients ages 16 and up, adults and seniors.
