Many of the issues I have experience in helping include: anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, self-improvement, divorce, step-parenting and blended family issues.

I also work with clients to gain an understanding of how anxiety or depression issues may be impacting you and help you develop techniques and strategies to move forward towards being happy with who you are and help you attain your life goals.
