EMDR will help to reprocess traumatic memories from childhood and past relationships. I am a therapist trained in EMDR that also likes to pull from components of IFS therapy. I have experience working with individuals with PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and survivors of domestic violence/intimate partner violence.
