"One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious" - C.G. Jung Over the past eight years while in private practice, I have been privileged to work with individuals and families with a vast array of concerns and suffering.
I believe that everything One needs for their healing is already within them. My role is to create and sustain a safe and sacred space for such growth and transformation to occur. By accessing one's creative abilities, dreams, personal symbolism and spiritual connections, lasting healing can decrease One's suffering and develop compassion for Self and others
Having previously lived in Chicago and NYC before returning to Kalamazoo 10 years ago, I have had numerous opportunities that allowed me to gain unique clinical experience while providing services for people with severe mental illnesses, survivors of childhood trauma as well as adolescents in foster care. I believe that there is no hierarchy in pain as well
