My name is Genevieve Lu, M.A., LCPC, founder and owner of Resilient Human Spirit Counseling Services, LLC.
My scope of practice includes but is not limited to: anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, interpersonal trauma, infertility, miscarriage, and grief. I am a heavily convicted Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral therapist who prioritizes therapeutic rapport to foster a consistently safe environment for genuine exploration and expression of self.
I offer a safe space compelled by my own authenticity. I wholeheartedly believe the process of therapy can change your life by first helping you feel understood and accepted, and second by learning (and sometimes unlearning) what is necessary to feel more aligned with your ideal sense of self and vision for your life. Intentionality is productivity.
My practice is founded on my core belief that all people possess an inherent resilient human spirit. Life's challenges can certainly compile and weigh on our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
