Welcome I'm Genevieve. I commend you for taking the first step in taking care of your mental health. My goal is to provide a safe, judgement-free space for you to feel heard and understood as you explore challenges related to racial identity, particularly if you identify as Asian, Asian-American, or as a Person/Woman of Color.
Oftentimes, our lived experiences as POC (People of Color) can include stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict and trauma. I focus on helping you get in touch with what does not serve you or keeps you stuck, and collaborate in figuring out how to live a life that feels fulfilling, hopeful and aligns with your values
