I specialize in helping women, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by expectations, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that keep them from living fully. Drawing on my background in business and finance, I bring a practical understanding of the real-world challenges people face, including financial stress, workplace dynamics, career transitions, parenting, caregiving, and other life demands. Together, we'll heal, grow, and create a life that feels grounded, authentic, and true to you.

My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in attachment theory. Using EFT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices, I help clients explore how family-of-origin experiences and relationship patterns shape their lives today. I balance compassion with gentle accountability to foster insight and lasting growth.
