I believe that meaningful change happens in relationships rooted in connection and curiosity, and therapy with me is a shared journey of developing awareness, cultivating self-acceptance, and shifting how we interact with the experiences that have held us captive. As our process unfolds, we’ll work together to create new ways of navigating life that feel more grounded and aligned with the values you hold true.
My orientation is holistic and non-pathologizing, grounded in the fact that even our most perplexing symptoms and patterns make sense when viewed as adaptations to our environments and relationships. Through this perspective, we’ll work to understand the sense behind your struggles and find new perspective on the pieces of you that feel most difficult.
