Whether you are looking for a supportive soundboard while navigating life changes or specialized treatment, I am here to help. I have training in DBT, EMDR and CBT (tools you can depend on) and clinical specialty in treating eating disorders, complex trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder and issues with both mood and anxiety. My approach to therapy is curious, hopeful and collaborative; I think it is important to make sure my patients feel we have the same goals, as well as openly sharing the reasoning behind my clinical recommendations as we go so we can make decisions together as a team.
I provide person-centered services to adults (18+) and I believe that people deserve to be in the driver's seat in their health care choices, which is why I take a collaborative approach to therapy. Additionally, I have a clinical specialty in CBT for eating disorder treatment and application of DBT for mood regulation issues and coping challenges.
