Hi folks, I'm a therapist in Madison, WI working with adults, teens, couples, families, and children. My practice has two main areas: talk therapy for individuals, couples, and families, and play therapy for kids. My clients include folks navigating relationship conflict, major life transitions, and questions of identity, parents seeking support, and children who need a space to process their world.
I am passionate about my work with LGBTQ+ clients and queer families — including relationship conflict, identity exploration, and ENM/polyamorous relationships. A queer therapist myself, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to that work. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
For children, I use play therapy to help kids process big emotions, navigate family transitions, work through peer difficulties, and explore who they are — in a language that comes naturally to them. I work in-person in Madison and online across Wisconsin. A sliding scale is available upon request ($15–$50 for individuals, $30–$85 for couples and families).
