My approach is very collaborative, empathetic, and focused on achieving the results my clients desire. I am compassionate, nonjudgmental, and provide a safe environment in which we can work together.
I have been licensed and practicing for 26 years. I have expertise in several areas including biofeedback, mindfulness, chronic pain and illness, and EMDR. I am a certified facilitator of The Daring Way which is based on the work of Brene Brown and focuses on vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness.

We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and daily practices that can transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
