Through compassionate listening, humor, and expressive interventions, I strive to create a warm and trusting relationship with my clients, and utilize strength-based and humanistic approaches that cater towards learning from past and personal experiences in order to find solutions that work for you. Together, we can not only reshape negative thought patterns related to anxiety/depression, but also explore identity, life, and find meaning in everything in between.

I want individuals from all cultural, ethnic, racial backgrounds, gender and sexual orientations to have a safe space to work through life.
