As a Marriage & Family Therapist & LPCA, I specialize in couples, marriage, early childhood to adolescents ages 3-21, families, parenting & baby Doula work & w/parenting in homes. Adults, women's issues, bipolar, stress, relationship issues. DBT, CBT, anxiety, depression & mood disorders, IFS, family therapy, EFT, couples. I use a variety of approaches to address my client’s unique needs. Many successful treatment plans will utilize a foundation of Adlerian, art therapy, behavioral, biopsychosocial, CBT, dialectical behavior therapy, emotionally focused therapy, existential/humanistic, family systems, gestalt, internal family systems & play therapy.
We then quickly move toward a tailored treatment plan and approach that includes tools to help sustain the growth experienced in regular therapy. With honesty and compassion, I will work with you to create an open channel of communication. The goal of our therapy sessions together will be to help you develop the mental fortitude to lead a successful life.

Finding Peace, Coping Skills & Anxiety Group!
Need some support on coping skills and anxiety? We are in living in hard pandemic times. This is a 7 week course that starts It's on Anxiety & Coping Skills. We will have adults come together to support one another with one or two counselors to lead the groups. Limited to 4-6 people max in this group. preregistering is required at www.discovery502counseling.com click on appointments and Payment. $40.00 a session and $280.00 for all 7 weeks.
Single Mom's support group!
Single Mom's Support Group We invite you to listen to other moms for support. Come to a single mom's group for support, self-care, parenting support, and more. A Licensed Therapist will lead the group.
