Hi there, I'm Geneva! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides a warm, supportive space to help you feel understood and make real progress. I help clients reach their goals by turning what feels overwhelming into clear, manageable steps. Early on, we identify what you want to change and set specific treatment goals. Then we track progress each session, use CBT tools to work through unhelpful thoughts and coping patterns, and use solution-focused strategies

I create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely, feel heard, and move at a pace that feels safe.
