My role as a therapist is to create a safe place to explore the wisdom of your mind and body with openness and curiosity. Balancing awareness and compassion, we will create space where you can see your current thoughts and feelings have served you in the past, and how to might shift them to better serve you in the future.
My approach is client-centered, relational, and collaborative. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches specifically tailored to your individual needs, with a specific emphasis on mindful presence, acceptance, and commitment to values. Additional training in the areas of complex trauma, adverse religious experiences/religious trauma, and ADHD in adults.
