In our work together, we’ll explore how the past shapes the way you think, feel, and relate today. We’ll gently uncover emotional triggers, make sense of your story, and support the healing of the parts of you that are seeking more clarity, grounding, and peace.

My aim is to help you find relief from symptoms while also understanding the deeper roots beneath them. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, support you in feeling more empowered to make meaningful changes, and nurture a sense of hope as you shape a new, authentic story.
