I help people who want to live a productive, joyful life but struggle with loneliness, aging, losing purpose or identity and feeling forgotten. I am a Brainspotting practitioner, trained in EMDR which are useful for processing past trauma. I use ERP for the treatment of OCD, but also help with anxiety and depression symptoms using positive psychology.
I know, from my own path to wellness, that you can feel comfortable in your body, increase self-awareness to decrease negative self-talk, and start to enjoy your relationships again. I believe that the
