As a parent, watching your child struggle with trauma, grief, or emotional challenges can be overwhelming & heartbreaking. I’m Genelle Black, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping children & adolescents & their families navigate life’s most difficult moments. With compassion and expertise, I provide a safe space for healing, understanding, and growth—so you and your family can move forward together with hope. I specialize in trauma-informed care, working closely with clients to address emotional wounds, build resilience, and foster healing. Through techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, & mindfulness.

I tailor every session to each client’s unique needs, helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered. I create a space where everyone can feel safe to explore their emotions, communicate openly, and work toward meaningful healing. Together, we’ll help your child, teen or young adult build resilience and rediscover joy in their daily life.
