My approach is client-centered and rooted in psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also incorporate elements of mindfulness to help increase self-awareness and improve coping mechanisms.
I am passionate about supporting individuals who need a compassionate listener or guidance on their mental health journey. I strive to create a welcoming space with an understanding of LGBTQ+, ethical nonmonogamy, BDSM, and kink communities.
