I offer a warm, open, and straightforward approach to my clients. Therapy is an exceptional way to become unstuck, get back on track and begin moving forward again. I strongly believe that counseling can be a positive experience. One that helps you build momentum with each session on the way to reaching your goals. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. I try and return all calls within 24 hours and I usually respond within a couple of hours.
Couples counseling can help to resolve relationship conflicts and improve communication. Therapy can provide an environment for honest and direct discussion in which each person is able to feel heard and understood. I have extensive training with adolescents, I have worked with hundreds of teenagers while working in the Roseville/Rocklin school districts.
