As a psychotherapist and substance use disorder professional working toward credentialing as a sex therapist, I take a holistic approach to mental health. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, having difficulty with sex and intimacy or relying on unhealthy vices to cope; a partnership in counseling can be the answer to lasting change. I work with my clients to explore challenges, maximize strengths and incorporate evidence based tools in their path to mental health, recovery, authentic expression, erotic liberation, and pleasure at a comfortable pace.
