I offer EMDR for trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to care for your nervous system, and Relational Cultural Therapy to help you co-create growth-fostering relationships and enjoy connecting with family, coworkers, sexual, and/or romantic partners. I draw upon the principles of nonviolence, the science of spiritual practice, and relational neurobiology to help map your brain and integrate parts of you that feel overwhelmed by distress or conflict.

I offer a warm, attentive relationship to help you feel more satisfaction and fulfillment in your relationship with work, family, romantic partners, yourself, and for many clients animals, and/or the planet. Note - Sliding scale - reduced fee for nonprofit volunteers & staff engaged in nonviolent action on behalf of animals, climate, or human rights.
