As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have 20 years experience assisting clients in becoming more aware of their experiences, helping them to face challenges of the past and the present, and helping improve relationships, and enabling those to learn how to live their best lives. In my experience, past struggles and experiences tend to shape and mold how we see our present as well as our future. Negative thoughts and feelings about those experiences often lead to feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, and an overall lack of confidence.
During the last 20 years, I have worked with clients of all ages and with a wide range of experiences and struggles. Using Cognitive Therapy and mindfulness based practices, I believe that therapy allows a person to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a nonjudgmental way and to be able to live in the moment with acceptance.
Allow me to explore with you how to become the "best" version of yourself in a safe, warm, and accepting environment. "There are far better things ahead than any we leave behind." -C.S. Lewis
