Black Women's Radical Restoration {An online Mindfulness Group} is created to restore ourselves in these uncertain times through radical rest, radical restoration and radical resistance through self care, self-compassion and action. A safe space to unpack work stress (including remote work), social/familial dis-connection, isolation, relationship problems, health disparities, grief/loss due to COVID, and the effects of racial and social injustice such as overt, covert and other discriminatory practices.
