I work collaboratively with my clients to help them develop more self-agency and compassion, so that they can address their current circumstances and move forward with a greater sense of meaning, clarity and purpose. I have a genuine interest in how people have developed their patterns and I look forward to hearing your story and helping you connect to the innate wisdom of your own body and mind.
I work primarily using Psychodynamic and Somatic modalities, while incorporating Humanistic, Person-Centered, Family Systems and Attachment theories. I utilize a nervous system and ancestral health framework to help people get unstuck and realize their potential. My clients describe me as warm, relatable, helpful, authentic, collaborative and knowledgeable.
My primary focus is developing a safe, trusting and caring therapeutic relationship where we can collaborate together to help you achieve your desired changes. I strongly believe that the support, trust and guidance that develop in the therapeutic relationship are essential factors in personal growth.
