I work online with adults & couples across California. I can help if you’re stuck in a deepening rut; in a relationship circling the drain; or living a life that looks functional but is drowning you in responsibilities. I favor practical solutions, but I don’t have an instruction manual—together we’ll figure out what’s not working and what you’re willing to change. I have a fondness for LGBTQ+ folks exploring identity and self‑worth, communication in relationship, people questioning their relationship to substances, a device, or a person, and creative or unconventional people whose work, identity, or life path isn’t linear.

I am here to hold space for you to share whatever it is that is weighing heavily on you, and offer the support you need to release it. I believe that what most people want is to be seen for the pure soul that they came to this Earth as, and what they need help with is reprogramming some of the unconscious beliefs that society has instilled in them. Some of the ways in which I help my clients is by utilizing narrative, somatic, cognitive, and existential therapy to bring compassion to what lives in the unseen.

I’m foundationally "humanistic-existentialist", meaning I join you on your journey with curiosity/authenticity/empathy, and help you become more confidently you through a relational process. But I'm trained in lots of acronyms: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
