I endeavor to be a respectful and insightful guide on your mental health journey. I can be your partner in seeking greater self-insight, processing past trauma, learning executive functioning skills to improve work performance, or practicing emotional regulation skills. My background is in humanistic, psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as CBT.
